1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ethereon Edge Inc. ("Ethereon Edge," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ethereon Edge website, mobile application, and AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use Ethereon Edge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are available and cryptocurrency trading is legal
• Not be prohibited from using our Services by any applicable law or regulation
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform
• Complete our identity verification process successfully

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access our trading features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Enabling two-factor authentication (strongly recommended)
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Ethereon Edge is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification

We are required by law to verify your identity before you can deposit funds or trade. You agree to provide valid identification documents and cooperate with our verification procedures.

4. Services Description

4.1 AI Trading Platform

Ethereon Edge provides an AI-powered trading platform that analyzes cryptocurrency markets and executes trades based on algorithmic signals. Our Services include:

• Automated trading algorithms

• Risk management features
• Demo trading environment
• Customer support

4.2 No Guarantee of Results

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is $250 CAD or equivalent. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. Deposits are subject to verification and may be held pending completion of identity verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to:

• Completed identity verification
• No outstanding investigations or disputes
• Processing times (typically 24 hours, plus bank processing)
• Applicable fees as disclosed on the platform

We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or regulatory violations.

6. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

• No account creation or maintenance fees
• No deposit fees (payment processor fees may apply)
• Performance-based commission on profitable trades only
• No withdrawal fees (bank transfer fees may apply)

Current fee schedules are available on our platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

7. Risk Disclosure

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• AI algorithms cannot predict market movements with certainty
• Technical failures may affect trading operations
• Regulatory changes may impact cryptocurrency markets
• You should only invest money you can afford to lose

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate markets or trading algorithms
• Use automated tools to access our platform without authorization
• Interfere with our systems or other users' access
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use our Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Create multiple accounts
• Transfer your account to another person

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Ethereon Edge or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for personal trading purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ethereon Edge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ethereon Edge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Fail to complete identity verification
• Are subject to regulatory restrictions

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
3. Binding arbitration under Canadian Arbitration Association rules

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ethereon Edge.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
